Product Introduction
The tundish molten steel continuous temperature measuring instrument is composed of a temperature measuring tube, a detector, a signal processor, and a display screen. It realizes real-time, continuous, and accurate monitoring of the molten steel temperature in the tundish by detecting and analyzing the infrared radiation parameters of the molten steel.

The temperature measurement principle of the WLX-II molten steel continuous temperature measuring instrument is to insert the temperature measuring tube into the molten steel in the tundish. A specially designed detector receives the infrared radiation energy emitted from the bottom of the temperature measuring tube, converts this infrared radiation energy into an electrical signal, and transmits it to the signal processor. The signal processor processes the signal input by the detector, then displays the measured temperature on the instrument display screen and the large screen display. At the same time, the temperature data can be transmitted to the main control room computer for real-time display and recording.
